Temporary Deactivation of Precompiles on HAQQ Network Due to Security Vulnerability
This release disables all precompiles on the HAQQ network to mitigate a recently discovered vulnerability identified by the Interchain team.
This is a temporary measure — we are planning to upgrade the code version as soon as possible to properly patch the vulnerability and re-enable the precompiles.
